4TH MARCH – ULSTER CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 9
ONE MARK LOST GIVES BULL THE ULSTER TITLE
Gareth
Andrews had a near perfect performance to rest the title from his
friend and rival Andy Perry who has made it his own over the last
decade. Andy knew he had to win the Banbridge Club event to keep
his title aspirations alive and take it to the final Round next
month, however a last lap five sealed his fate and presented the
Bull with a comfortable win at an easier than usual Ulster event.
David Rodgers took the C class honours as did Jordan Scott in the
hotly contested Youth A class. This was Jordan’s first event
as a Trialstar Youth Team member so ‘Congratulations’
goes to the Newtownards teenager. The final word belongs to ‘The
Bull’ well done you deserve that ‘Congrats’ from
us all.
