kept his nerve to win the 2004 British championship after
a nine-year gap since his last national title. The objective
was clear from the outset beat Shaun Morris and the crown
was the property of ‘Mr. Showtime’ on his John
Shirt Gas Gas. Steve asked us to pass on his thanks to ‘Shirty’

was the first of a three round series organised by Trialstar,

got his British Championship campaign of to a flying start
in South Wales on Sunday, with victory in the series opener.
Following his super World Championship Day Two 11th place
in Bangor last week. Steve once again led home the British
young pretenders to the National Title with a solid performance.
