MONDAY
27TH MARCH – BULL’S SUPER SIXTH AT ST. DAVIDS
Gareth
Andrews’ British Championship campaign could not have started
much better with a fine ride to 6th place in the Experts Class.
Weather conditions made for a difficult official practice on Saturday
afternoon as the competitors where given the opportunity of a two-hour
session to test the sections. Gareth however made good use of information
gained during the practice lap come Sunday morning and performed
well throughout the three-lap event. Steve Colley claimed the final
podium position behind reigning champion Graham Jarvis and second
finisher James Dabill. Robert Andrews unfortunately had to retire
at the second section of the opening lap due to sickness.
